What Time Should I Arrive?

The Ceremony Rehearsal will begin promptly at 4pm on Friday, September 20th. Members of the Wedding Party should arrive at Long Bridge Golf Course by 3:50pm to ensure we are able to get started, as there will be a band setting up before 5pm.

What Time Should I Arrive?

The Rehearsal Dinner will be served at 6pm, however guests are encouraged to arrive at The Aqua Sports Club any time after 5:30pm to enjoy drinks before dinner.

What Should I Wear?

Guests at the Rehearsal Dinner should expect a Dressy/Business Casual environment.

Where Is The Aqua Sports Club?

Often times in the past, GPS has been known to incorrectly send guests to The Springfield Motorboat Club when entering 1 Club Area, Springfield, IL 62712 into their maps. While heading South down W Lake Shore Dr, make the 1st left after the Fire Fighters Club (located on the East side of the road), and continue onto W Lake Shore Dr. The Aqua Sports Club is the 1st driveway on your left hand side - simply follow the drive to the left toward the club house near the baseball diamond.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

What Time Should I Arrive?

The Wedding Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm on Saturday, September 21st. All guests attending the ceremony should expect to arrive at Long Bridge Golf Course no earlier than 3:25pm, and no later than 3:45pm in order make their way to their seats & avoid any interruption. Immediately following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin from 4:30-6pm. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks & a variety of Hors d 'Oeuvres both in the tent & on the clubhouse patio.

What Should I Wear?

Guests at the Ceremony & Reception should expect a Semi-Formal to Formal environment.

What Time Will Dinner Be Served?

The Wedding Party will be introduced promptly at 6pm, with dinner service beginning immediately afterwards at 6:15pm.
